Hakushu is located in the middle of the forest, at the foot of the southern Japanese Alps.
Nose: distinctively malty, then sweetish aromas of butterscotch and honey, followed by slightly fruity aromas - in the background dark chocolate and anise
Taste: again the malt and the fruity notes, with some vanilla and oak
Finish: the vanilla and malt are still present, medium-length finish
