Hakushu 12 year old

Suntory’s 12-year-old single malt whisky from the Hakushu distillery. Hakushu lies in the middle of a forest at the foot of the southern Japanese Alps. The result is a fresh, “forest-like” malt with herbs, fruit and a subtle smokiness.
Tasting Notes: What Hakushu 12 Year Old Tastes Like
- Nose: Distinctly malty, then sweetish aromas of butterscotch and honey, followed by lightly fruity aromas – dark chocolate and aniseed in the background; green apple and sage
- Palate: The malt and the fruity notes again, plus some vanilla and oak; fresh herbs, grapefruit and acacia honey
- Finish: The vanilla and the malt stay present, medium-length finish; clean and citrusy

Was soll ich sagen, bin sehr überrascht, dass dieser edle Tropfen von der ersten Berührung an den Lippen bis hinutern in den Magenraum ein wohliges Gefühl hinterlässt.
Kann ich nur empfehlen.
