The cocktail booklet is an inspiring booklet from No. 3 London Dry Gin, the gin of Berry Bros. & Rudd. The gin itself is defined by six botanicals: juniper at the core, plus coriander seed, angelica root, cardamom, grapefruit peel and sweet orange peel. 46% ABV was chosen as the strength at which the six botanicals perform most completely in a cocktail.
Berry Bros. & Rudd spent two years refining the recipe together with Dr David Clutton and leading mixologists. The gin is distilled in a more than 100-year-old, brick-encased copper pot still at a family-owned distillery with over 300 years of expertise in Holland.
