The Portuguese Collection from Tomatin comprises three bottlings that impressively demonstrate how differently Portuguese wine casks shape the character of a single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled on September 8, 2006, the spirit was first aged for eight years in traditional oak barrels before being transferred to three different barrels on April 23, 2015: Tawny Port, Moscatel de Setúbal, and Madeira wine. After a further seven years of maturation, three exceptional whiskies were created, combining the versatility and elegance of Portuguese wines in a unique tasting experience.

Sweet aromas of jam, honey and salted caramel with a hint of citrus fruits harmonize perfectly with ginger and star anise on the palate. A sweet whisky with a long, dessert wine-like finish.
