The Dingle Distillery celebrates the Celtic heritage of its home peninsula with a new special edition from the “Wheel of the Year” series. Based on the Celtic Wheel of the Year, the series will ultimately consist of eight limited bottlings (and a bonus dram).
With the Cónocht An Earraigh the sixth experience goes to the Start - to celebrate the spring equinox. When day and night become equal again, a time of vitality and growth begins. The strong Irish Single Malt Whiskey expresses this with rich red fruits, delicate spices, roasted almonds and muscovado sugar. To do this, it matured in Cabernet Sauvignon Casks.

- Nose: rich aromas of ripe red fruits paired with light spicy aromas and some muscovado sugar
