Triple distilled in the pot still, this single malt, made predominantly from malted barley, impresses throughout. Maturation takes place in former oloroso sherry casks, which give the whiskey its pronounced fruitiness and rich dried-fruit notes.

- Nose: Distinct notes of apricot and peach, followed by brown cane sugar and citrus peel
