- Nose: strong and fruity with tropical fruits, especially peach, guava and coconut, followed by fresh grain
- Palate: full and rich in taste with an exceptional creaminess - clearly dates and Walnuts, peaches and coconuts again, some cinnamon on top
- Finish: long finish - very fruity, the cinnamon is joined by nutmeg and some oak
