The Williams pears come from the Bolzano Basin in South Tyrol and can develop their full aroma by gently squeezing them.
Then they are Williams pears are gently fermented for around three weeks and traditionally distilled twice in copper stills.
The distillate then matures to perfection in unique earthenware containers.
