Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum is a premium blended rum made from selected rum qualities aged between 7 and 12 years.
Thailand is rich in sugar cane and natural fresh water sources, and the country has an ideal climate for rum production.
The selected rum qualities come from traditional production with careful monitoring of fermentation and distillation .
The Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum matures in former American oak bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes: This is what the Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum tastes like
- Nose: intense vanilla, honey and coconut aromas, interspersed with gentle spice of cloves and raisins
- Palate: gentle and creamy with clear notes of crème brûlée and butterscotch, plus the fruitiness of fresh pineapple and citrus fruits
- Finish: long and soft with a delicate sweetness, slightly spicy behind it - reminiscent of vanilla ice cream
