According to the ancient recipe, the olives are cold-macerated in pure white Marzadro grappa for 40 to 50 days along with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest. An infusion that combines the aromas of the region into a bitter but surprisingly fruity extract.

Probiert für gut befunden und sofort 2 Flaschen gekauft. Da ist sogar meine Frau begeistert. Wer Olive mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wenn da nicht drauf stehen würde das da auch Alkohol drin ist… könnte man glatt verneinen.
