The Olio del Garda - Liquore di Olive Marzadro is a grappa with delicious olives according to an old recipe from Lake Garda, handed down by Antonio De Carli.
The Marzadro family pays tribute to it with this liqueur, unique in the world . 
According to the ancient recipe, the olives are cold-macerated in pure white Marzadro grappa for 40 to 50 days along with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest. An infusion that combines the aromas of the region into a bitter but surprisingly fruity extract.

6cl Olia del Garda
2.5cl lemon juice
17cl ginger ale
Pour into a highball glass and garnish with a sprig of mint and an olive

Probiert für gut befunden und sofort 2 Flaschen gekauft. Da ist sogar meine Frau begeistert. Wer Olive mag ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wenn da nicht drauf stehen würde das da auch Alkohol drin ist… könnte man glatt verneinen.
