A rare speciality made from the red Williams pear. Truly no ordinary Williams brandy! The red Williams pear impresses through its gently unfiltered processing, which allows a magnificent pear bouquet to develop. The red Williams pear comes from old trees in Bolzano and Verona and is notably powerful and spicy-sweet compared with the yellow Williams pear – it is a mutation of the well-known yellow variety, discovered in Oregon in 1974. This is why the unfiltered fine brandy distilled from it is a small masterpiece. Rote Williams Lantenhammer is a pleasure neat and pairs equally well with all game and liver dishes, pâtés and desserts featuring apple and pear. In cocktails, Rote Williams Lantenhammer shows itself to be especially aromatic.
