The West Cork 7 Year Old Single Malt initially spent 4 years in Oloroso Sherry Casks from Bodega Tolerina Rodriguez in picturesque Cadiz > before being finished in bourbon casks. At an ideal drinking strength, it unfolds a pleasant profile with malt, tannins, green fruits and citrus fruits, which linger with red berries.

The majority of the equipment was built by the West Cork team, which was founded in 2003 Distillers themselves. Today, Ireland's southernmost whiskey distillery works with eight pot stills, manages around 55,000 casks in seven warehouses and sells its products in over 70 countries. A remarkable success.
