Gold Medal Winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2022
Dr. Jack O'Se, the genius behind Sailor's Home qualities, presents his latest creation - the Sailor's Home Stormchaser, an exciting triple distilled Irish single malt with the influence of four different cask styles.
For this, Jack marries the single malt whiskey from former Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks, some of which previously matured in former Madeira and Irish stout beer casks!

The result is a whiskey with great depth of flavor and structure, bottled without chill filtration with an ABV of 46%.

Nose: Cocoa and bittersweet hops, plus roasted malt
Palate: subtle spicy Notes paired with espresso and dark chocolate, then creamy vanilla and fresh orange peel
Finish : long finish with sweet syrup and ripe dark fruits
