The Nantou distillery in Taiwan - located on Mount Yushan - stored this Single Malt Whisky for four years in former Oloroso-Sherry casks.

Nose: intense and floral with aromas of freshly cooked jam and dark chocolate - above all a subtle hint of salt
Palate: full in the body and very soft in the taste with notes of red, ripe fruits, again the chocolate and a slight smoky note
Finish: a long finish with dried fruits and fresh orange cake
