Tasting Notes: What Highland Journey Tastes Like
- Nose: Rich, sweet aromas of vanilla custard and fudge, plus toffee apples and puffed rice; freshly baked bread and heather
- Palate: Creamy and mouth-filling, almost buttery – the vanilla custard again, then fruity notes of apricots, peaches and pears; a hint of cinnamon and pepper
- Finish: The finish is surprisingly short with tones of spicy oak and nuts
