A blended malt whisky from Speyside single malt Scotch whiskies given a second maturation in Mossburn Cask Bill #2. These are custom-built ex-oloroso sherry butts with heavily charred heads of pure American oak, which enhance richness, depth and the spicy vanilla aromas.
The malts are first married in 500-litre casks before maturing a second time in Mossburn’s custom casks. The design adds layers of American-oak vanilla and spice to the sherry-cask fruit.
