A very high-quality virgin, cold-pressed olive oil from the Madonna delle Vittorie winery in the small Italian town of Arco north of Lake Garda.
With its mild, (sub-) Mediterranean Microclimate, the Trentino shore of Lake Garda is the northernmost region in Europe where it is possible to grow olive trees profitably.

The olives are harvested at the beginning of November and cold pressed on the day of harvest. In this way, an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality can be produced, which is characterized by its fruity and slightly spicy notes.

Only olives from certified olive trees are used for the olive oil.
The quality of the oil is determined before bottling ensured by a committee of experts and bears the D.O.P seal of quality.

The oil is extracted from the olives exclusively using mechanical processes.
The varieties used are Frantoio and Casaliva
