Intensely smoky is For Peat's Sake: this peated blended Scotch whisky is inspired by the maltster character Peat, who added far too much peat to the kiln during malting, sending smoke billowing everywhere. For the peaty experience, smoky single malts were masterfully married with fine grain Scotch whiskies. The result is a complex blended Scotch whisky with an earthy character, plenty of smoke, bacon notes and the sweetness of maple syrup.
