Profile: What Makes Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin Special
Tokyo Nights Gin is distilled from sugar cane molasses. It is made to a secret recipe that uses numerous (mostly local) plants such as yuzu bark or matcha powder from independent producers. Added to these are juniper berries, coriander seed and liquorice root; the plants are macerated for 24 hours.
This craft gin can be served with tonic or mixed into favourite cocktails – for instance in a gin and tonic with a slice of yuzu or cucumber.
