KI NO TEA Gin is a collaboration with Hori-Shichimeien, a traditional tea manufacturer from Uji, one of Japan's most famous tea-growing regions. Exclusive green tea varieties such as Gyokuro and Tencha are used, which lend the gin a special depth and elegance. The botanical components are carefully distilled separately in groups and then blended together - a process that allows the Kyoto Distillery to to precisely control each individual ingredient and clearly bring out its aromas.
