The straight rye whiskey matures for seven years in new, charred American oak barrels. Breaking with tradition, the whiskey is finished in toasted oak cigar casks, harvested and air-dried in the low mountain region of the Vosges in France. This unique finishing process – never before used in whiskey making – results in a softer, more approachable rye whiskey with citrus and spice notes.
