Sanaig is a composition of four- and five-year-old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks, and the proportion of exSherry casks used here is significantly higher than that of Machir Bay bottling.
Nose: soft fruits with caramel and vanilla
Taste: Toffee and peat smoke - then light citrus notes and a gentle sweetness
Finish: very nice balance between peat smoke, ripe fruit and sweetness
