The Scottish Speyside distillery Mortlach produces an unbelievably complex single malt whisky with a 2.8-times distillation.
The 12-year-old single malt whisky was stored in former sherry and bourbon casks.

Nose: fruity aromas, with dark chocolate and spicy oak
Taste: soft in the taste with ripe red cherries, again the dark chocolate - above all spicy notes
Finish: soft and dry in the finish
