The Scottish Speyside distillery Mortlach unusually uses a 2.81-fold distillation to make a multi-layered single malt whisky. The 12-year-old single malt matured in former sherry and bourbon casks and goes by the name “The Wee Witchie”. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
