Product information "Aerolite Lindsay 10 Jahre 46%vol. Sample 0,04l"
A little secret hides behind this single malt whisky from Islay - it is the name of the distillery, which unfortunately can not be named for name-legal reasons.
It is known that the single malt is a vatting from exBourbon and exSherry Quarter Casks is.

Well - and the name?
If you have not found it yet - the name Aerolite Lindsay is an anagram for "ten year old Islay"!

Nose: a lot of peatsmoke and iodine, then a light honey sweetness - behind it pepper, salted caramel and the scent of old books
Taste: again the peat smoke, some mint and dark chocolate, espresso and new leather - in the background honey and soy sauce!
Finish: warm mint candy, then licorice and & nbsp; Campfire smoke - some toffee and a trace of salt
