The neutral spirit is self-distilled from wheat grown on regional farms, and the main botanicals are noble fir needles and bladderwrack, a brown seaweed. Both are hand-harvested in the immediate vicinity of the distillery. Hills & Harbour Gin thus presents a mix of maritime and green notes, an aromatic reflection of its home region.
