The standard bottling Kasei (Japanese for the planet marries malt and grain whisky. Extremely soft and balanced between white flowers, ripe fruits and subtle smoke, Kasei is synonymous with the long tradition of harmonious whisky blends from Japan and is perfect for this Highball celebrated in Japan.
Tasting Notes: This is what Mars Kasei tastes like
- Nose: floral aromas of white flowers like lilies and jasmine, plus slightly sweet aromas of honey and ripe vanilla pods - in the background ripe citrus fruits
- Palate: soft and mouth-filling - now the fruits are clearer, behind them again floral notes and soft honey - above all a slight smoky note
