Triple distilled, a blended Irish Whiskey made from Grain and Malt Whiskeys, ripened in double-burned first-fill exBourbon barrels.

Nose: malted aromas, detroich wood and sweet vanilla - over all slightly fruity notes
Palate: surprisingly soft in the taste, again the vanilla and the fruits, followed by distinct roasted notes and some smoke
Finish: long finish - now spicy, again the smoke
