Profile: What Makes ELG No.4 Gin Special
This vividly coloured gin is distilled from just three botanicals – Danish black carrots, juniper and coriander. The black carrots give the gin its colour; no colourings are added. Master distiller Henrik Elsner (nicknamed “Elg”, Danish for “moose”) produces the gin from a wheat spirit base in batches of 1,250 bottles.
