Product information "ELG No.4 Gin 46.5% vol. 0.5l"
From only three botanicals is this colorful gin fired - Danish black carrots, juniper and cilantro.
The black carrots give the gin the color, no dyes are added!
The master Distiller Henrik Elsner (his nickname is Elg - the Danish word for moose) produces the gin from a wheat spirit as alcohol base in batches of 1,250 bottles.

Aroma: clearly ripe juniper berries, fresh carrots, citrus fruits and coriander
Taste: again the juniper berries, with an elegant spiciness - fresh in the taste
