The gin from the Canary Islands is made with local botanicals: juniper berries, cardamom, angelica root, liquorice and lemon and orange peel. Water filtered through volcanic rock is used for production. A pleasantly soft gin with a distinct citrus character, plus juniper berries and spicy notes. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
The water is collected from underground galleries after being filtered through plenty of mineral-rich lava rock; the porous volcanic rock, rich in light minerals, filters it drop by drop.
