Until the 1960s, Yellowstone Select was one of the most popular straight bourbons in the USA, before a tangle of sales and trademark rights followed. Since 2010, this historic Kentucky straight bourbon has been produced at the Limestone Branch distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky – founded by Paul and Steve Beam, descendants of the Beam and Dant families. Select is a vatting of four- and seven-year-old bourbons.

In der Nase ein deutliches Kirscharoma, im Mund überwiegt die Gerste! Im Abgang entwickelt er Süße. Alles in allem hat er mich nicht überzeugt, schon gar nicht der Preis!
