This Single Malt Whiskey matured without exception in fresh (first-fill) exBourbon barrels from Kentucky, USA for over 12 years.
Nose: freshly baked chocolate cake and soft, mild honey - with vanilla pudding flavors
Taste: very fruity at the beginning, above all orange, then creamy chocolate and some toffee - above all a slightly peppery note
Finish: soft on the finish with spicy oak, with honey again
