The proximity to the river Spey, which is famous for salmon fishing, helped with the naming.
Aroma: rich aromas of green apples, soft honey and vanilla - behind lime
Taste: very well balanced and creamy - fruity, again the creamy vanilla, then spicy, some oak
Finish: long and spicy finish - the oak becomes more present
