Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

The successor to the Glenlivet 12 Year Old. Founder's Reserve pays tribute to the distillery's founder, George Smith, who opened the distillery in 1824 – hence also the Georgian blue on the bottle and gift packaging.
Tasting Notes: What Glenlivet Founder's Reserve Tastes Like
- Nose: Notes of dates and plums rise first, then apricot and orange, a little toffee and raisins – chocolate, cinnamon and lovage in the background
- Palate: Fruity, as the aroma suggests – pleasantly sweet, now more toffee and chocolate, a little aniseed and apple cake
- Finish: A creamy toffee note is present, chocolate and raisins again – a little oak and barley – warming

Flach und ohne Charakter
Ich persönlich kann diesen Whiskey nicht empfehlen, hier ist mehr schein als sein im Spiel. Aufmachung gut, nosing noch ok, aber geschmaktlich leider sehr flach (wahrscheinlich sehr junger Whiskey). In dem Preissegment würde ich dann eher zu einen Tallisker 10 Jahre raten.

Der Lieblingswhisky von meinem Vater. Trinke ich auch sehr gerne...Zu Empfehlen wenn es einem mal zu gut geht.
