The award-winning gin from Scotland's capital, Edinburgh (Gold Award at the Guild of Fine Foods 2011). The handcrafted copper still in which this extraordinary gin is distilled is 200 years old. The bottle's design recalls the glittering 1920s, the era of the first gin boom. Naturally, the classic botanicals are found in this gin, such as juniper, coriander and lemon peel – but special ingredients such as milk thistle and pine cones are also found in Edinburgh Gin. The sample makes it easy to get to know.
