Profile: What Makes The Singleton of Dufftown 18 Year Old Special
Founded in 1896 in Dufftown, Speyside, Dufftown passed to Arthur Bell & Sons in 1933 – and to this day the bulk of production disappears into precisely those blends. The 18-year-old builds on the success of the 12- and 15-year-olds: a malty Speyside classic packed with juicy fruit and a spicy finish.
In the glass it shows a deep amber with a warm, honeyed glow.

- Nose: Ripe apples and blackcurrants, plus spicy aromas; fruit compote with apricots, hazelnuts and roasted nuts, plus chocolate and honeycomb
