Pedro Ximénez sherry is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes that ripen in the sun to obtain a higher sugar content. Extremely sweet, of a very dark colour and with the aroma of raisins. Ideal at the end of a large menu.
In the glass it shows a dark mahogany. The bodega La Cigarrera is based on the Plaza Madre de Dios in Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

Wirklich sehr süß, nur zum langsamen Nippen geeignet. Verträgt sich aufgrund der starken Süße nicht mit allem und jedem. Die dahinterliegenden Geschmacksnoten sind aber sehr fein und lecker.
