The Blair Athol 2011/2025 comes from the heart of the Highlands - distilled in picturesque Pitlochry, the home of Signatory Vintage. For this special bottling, it was allowed to unfold its powerful character in a First Fill Ruby Port Hogshead - a An exciting alternative to the usual sherry cask, which gives it its own unique aromatic depth.

- Nose: an intense and fruity start - ripe raspberries and dark cherries first greet the nose, followed by a deep sweetness reminiscent of plum compote and red grape juice - accompanied by aromas of dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and fine oak spice - the influence of the Ruby Port is clearly noticeable and elegantly integrated
- Palate: powerful and full-bodied - notes of blackberry jelly, raisins, and Black Forest cherry, combined with spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and a hint of clove - the texture is dense and oily, carried by dark fruit, toasted wood, and a hint of pipe tobacco
