The 100 Proof Edition has been closing a gap in the Signatory since the beginning of 2024. Range. 57.1%vol. or 100 proofis the minimum level at which gunpowder soaked in alcohol can be ignited. Since the beginning of 2024, Signatory Vintage has been dedicating its own series to the historical unit of measurement, in which high-proof quality whisky meets low prices.
Islay - with a Caribbean beachcombines the Caol Ila 2013 100 Proof Edition #11. Thanks to maturation in the rum barrel, it combines maritime smoke with fresh sweetness.
