- Nose: sweet sultanas and raisins with elegant peat smoke and layers of licorice - in the background the typical Kilchoman citrus sweetness
- Palate: brown cane sugar and a malty sweetness are present, as well as orange peel, citrus fruits and dark chocolate - above all a wonderful sherry sweetness
- Finish: in the long finish, intense notes of Pedro Ximénez sherry, plus clear tones of chocolate-coated raisins, paired with the smoke of burning oak wood and fresh spices
