Distilled by Trinidad Distillers in the column still from molasses, the Plantation Trinidad 2011 Burgundy Red Wine Cask Finish first matured for ten years in Trinidad in former classic American Bourbon Casks, then Ferrand left the Rum ripen in France for one year in former Ferrand Cognac Casks and for another year in former Red Wine Casks from French Burgundy.
