Distilled in 2011 at the Rum Co. of Fiji in the column still from molasses, the Plantation Fiji matured 2011 Marsala Cask Finish initially in Fiji for seven years in former classic American Bourbon Casks, then Ferrand left the Rum in France for four years former Ferrand Cognac Casks and then matured in Marsala Casks for another year.
Marsala is a liqueur wine from the Sicilian port city of the same name in Italy.
