Distilled in 2012 at the Clarendon Distillery in pot and column stills from molasses, the Plantation Jamaica 2012 Calvados Cask Finish matured first in Jamaica for five years in former classic American Bourbon Casks, then Ferrand left the rum in France for five years in former Ferrand Cognac Casks and mature for another year in French Calvados Casks.
Calvados is a brandy made from apples. It is made in Normandy, France.
