Nose: barley at the beginning, malty with lots of oak - then becoming fruitier, especially plums and maple syrup - sweet and spicy, some smoke

Palate: creamy! Spicy and fruity, fresh, grated ginger, clearly fruity notes of sherry and again the malt - plus light notes of peat

Finish: Sweet and spicy on the finish - the ginger is present again, too a lot of sherry and again slightly peaty

Nose: At the beginning, spicy aromas of cinnamon and ginger, some mint, followed by fruity aromas of ripe apples and plums

Palate: now more clearly the fruits - especially plums and oranges - roasted oak, cinnamon and dried herbs float above everything

Finish: medium-length, spicy finish, the fruits fade into the background but are present

Nose: slightly fruity aromas of ripe apples and apple compote, with crème brulée and clearly sherry

Palate: Cooked red fruit with vanilla sauce, plus chocolate, some smoke and becoming more and more spicy

Finish: Long finish, again the spices and the chocolate - over everything a slight smoky note
