This bottling is the fourth jewel in a series of six black XO bottlings from A.H. Riise.
The Founders Reserve bottlings show the highly complex art of blending.
For each bottling, a large number of casks with old rum qualities are selected and the unique aromas and flavors of each individual cask are combined coordinated.
Each individual cask shows unique aromas and forms of expression.
The fourth batch has a circulation of 14,225 bottles worldwide, the data on the batch are in red letters for the fourth edition.< /p>
The font color and the alcohol content change for each of the six editions.

50ml Founders Reserve
15ml Velvet Falernum
5ml maple syrup
3 dashes Creole Bitters
Decoration: shiso leaves and lime peel
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass, add some ice.
Stir for 15-20 seconds and pour directly into a chilled lowball glass with ice.
Add the shiso leaf and lime zest for garnish and serve.
