Nose: fresh flowery aromas - fruity and sparkling behind it
Palate: fresh and flowery on the palate with an elegant bitter note - then sweeter tones of ripe juniper berries follow and very clearly ripe citrus fruits
Finish: long finish - the fruity tones and the slight bitter note are present

Serving suggestion: well chilled with a slice of grapefruit on ice in a Copa glass.
