Private Collection No. 3 is a limited edition of 360 numbered bottles. For it the cellar master chose the best eaux-de-vie from the cellar of Château de Triac after around half a century of ageing.
In the glass the cognac shows an amber gold colour. On the palate it is powerful and creamy with intense flavours of pastries, cocoa butter and dried figs.
