In 1859 the bar owner James Pimm created the legendary Pimm's No. 1 cup.
To this day, Pimm's has been bottled with an unchanged, still kept secret recipe, the base is a dry gin, spices and citrus fruits are added.
The classic is the Classic Pimm's Fizz:
Pour 1 part PIMM'S
2 parts lemonade
into a glass filled with ice cubes, garnish with a slice of cucumber, lime and mint leaves
