The distillery is located in Moncalieri, just outside the city of Turin - an area known for the production of fine wines and spirits.

Torino Distillati was founded in 1906 and is run by the Vergnano family - Carlo, his wife Piera and their children Rita and Valter.

Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni are the experienced distillers.

This luminous, delicious Gin is like no other.
The sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruits are grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean coast, where the mountains meet the sea welcome.
The taste is reminiscent of juicy-fresh grapefruit, with a rich, long-lasting juniper flavor.

Botanicals: Juniper, pink grapefruit (from Sicily), Italian rhubarb, coriander , cassia bark, Florentine iris root, liquorice root, Italian lemons (from coastal cultivation), orange peel

50ml Malfy Gin Rosa
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml sugar syrup
4 raspberries
25ml egg white
25ml Prosecco
Shake all ingredients without Prosecco in a shaker without ice cubes until creamy, strain into an ice-cold glass, fill up with Prosecco and garnish with a sprig of thyme
