A 14-year-old rum from a single barrel from the Foursquare distillery - distilled in pot stills and column stills. Matured for 11 years in the tropics, for a further three years on the European continent - exclusively in formerly filled former bourbon barrels.
Nose: soft aromas of ripe bananas and papayas, coconut cream behind and fresh vanilla pods Taste: velvety-soft taste - again the fruits and the vanilla, then becoming more spicy with fresh oak and red shinus berries
Finish: medium finish with an elegant balance of sweetness and spice
